XENABYTE - DANCING ALONE- ANIMATED MUSIC VIDEO
Dancing Alone is a track from Xenabyte's debut Album "Many Worlds" and this music video coincided with the albums release. Xenabyte produced an original soundtrack to my animated short film MASS PRODUCTION a year prior so we both had become familiar with each others creative process. In this project, I was given a lot of freedom in regards to the plot and aestethic of the video, with my main prompt being "someone dancing alone, in the club." My main goal with this video was to mirror and complement the track and provide an interesting context to listen to the song in.
Mr BlackLake - Animated Music Video
Mr Black Lake is a song in the form of a creepy children's rhyme about an demonic entity that lives at the bottom of a lake who eats children. The tone of this video was unique as it needed to be genuinely scary while still maintaining a relatively low age rating in terms of content shown. After speaking with the client (who wrote and performed the song) I was able to draft up a lot of the concept images shown above. As the song is comprised of only singing and an acoustic guitar playing, I decided to go with a black and white colour scheme to match the limited instrumentals. This helped establish a dark and spooky tone also.
The Love You Once Regret - Stubb - Music Video
The Love You Once Regret by Stubb was a commission I had a lot of freedom with, as after listening to the song I was allowed to come up with a story for the video that was almost completely my own, provided it matched the tone of the song and had something to do with trees and nature. After figuring out the rough concept, my first job was to storyboard out the entire song and figure out the overall visual style and design for it. Each part of the process was sent to the client from Paper Studios to be approved before continuing. While the story and concept were relatively simple, the actual production and workload that came with a story entirely about trees blowing in the wind proved to be quite intense, with hundreds upon hundreds of nearly identical trees, leaves and bark.
A Mom's Guide To Cannabis is an online educational series by veteran voice actress Amanda Winn Lee. My job on this project was create original animation sequences to be cut between the live action footage of the host. This involved designing animated representations of the host, story boarding suitable scenarios and graphics in order to get the information across as succinctly as possible while still being entertaining. I sought out this project myself as I had been a big fan of Amanda Winn Lee's work for a long time and was excited by the prospect of working with her.

Tripent 3D - Logo Design
Working closely with the client I designed the three pronged "Tripent" logo for his Manchester based 3D printing business. Included above is a selection of some of the concept varieties.
